- Parker’s Organic Juices will always attempt to deliver within the stated timeframes, however delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen airfreight or road delays.
- We do not offer cancellations or refunds.
- If you are not home at the time of delivery, the order will be left by the courier at your own risk.
- Due to the freshness and perishability of our juices, please refrigerate the products as soon as possible.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
ONLINE ORDERS: Parker’s Organic Juices will refund or replace products in accordance with applicable consumer laws in NSW. Please notify us immediately (within 2 hours of delivery) by email to email@example.com if your product is spoilt or fermented, or has any other fault or defect. The customer acknowledges that Parker’s Cold Pressed juices are made with fresh ingredients, without preservatives, and must be refrigerated immediately the product has been delivered.
Refunds will not be provided in the event that the customer changes their mind about a product they have ordered.
